Agaas

Privacy.

What we collect, what we don't collect, and what you can demand.

I

What we collect.

We measure traffic anonymously from the first second — number of visits, which pages are read, what leads someone to book. This goes via Google Analytics in consent mode, without cookies and without identifiers that can be linked to you.

If you accept cookies, we turn on full tracking from Google Analytics and Meta. This gives us better data on how our ads perform and how people move through the site. If you decline, we continue with anonymous measurement — no pixel, no identifier.

If you book a meeting: name, email, and what you enter yourself, through Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. This information is used to confirm and hold the meeting, nothing else.

II

What we don't collect.

No heatmaps. No session recordings. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell data to anyone.

III

If you become a customer.

The agents work against your own API access to your own systems — accounting software, Shopify, or whatever an agent needs for its job. We do not copy data out to our systems; access tokens are stored locally and can be revoked at any time, in each system separately.

A data processing agreement is signed at setup. We go through it line by line before you sign.

IV

Third parties.

Google Analytics — anonymous measurement from the start, full tracking only on consent. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad measurement, only on consent. Google — calendar booking when you click yourself. The systems you connect an agent to — accounting software or Shopify, for example — only if you become a customer, and only against your own access.

V

Your rights.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, and to withdraw consent. Send an email to ai@agaas.no and we will reply within a reasonable time. Complaints can be directed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
