A good program, but only half the job
Tripletex is a good program. It has been for years, and the price looks low: from NOK 199 a month for the Basis plan. But that price is for the tool, not for the work.
Vouchers don't post themselves in Tripletex. Accounts don't reconcile themselves. The VAT return doesn't fill itself in, and deadlines don't watch themselves. Someone has to do it — either you, your evenings and weekends, or an accounting firm you pay on top of the licence.

The cheapest accounting firm for a small business starts around NOK 1,999 a month — and the system comes on top. Set them side by side and the picture turns.

The price on the screen isn't the price
“NOK 199 a month” is a price for software you run yourself. The real cost is Tripletex plus your time, or Tripletex plus a firm. Counted that way, the traditional route quickly lands at NOK 25,000–30,000 a year for a small business.
