The system and the firm, already bundled
Unimicro is priced mainly through accounting firms — an “in-price” to the firm and an “out-price” on to you. There's no simple consumer price to look up, because the product is built to be delivered via a firm.
Which means that with Unimicro you're already paying for both: the system and the people who keep the books in it.
The sum few people write out
When the system comes through the firm, the firm's fee is already part of the bill. For a small business that starts around NOK 1,999 a month, system included in the delivery.

One package, two bills
The model where the system is delivered through the firm is exactly the traditional stack: you pay for the tool and for the people who use it. It's tidy, but it isn't cheap — quickly NOK 26,000 a year or more for a small business.
Agaas is the same work, without one of the bills. Oskar is the system and the bookkeeping in one, from NOK 3,950 a year. You approve; he does the job.
When the system comes through the firm, you're already paying for both. We remove one of the bills.
What it costs with us
Prices per year excl. VAT — bookkeeping and system included. Even the top tier is under half of what a firm plus a system costs for the same work.
Switching is simple
You upload your accounts, we set Oskar up against your company, and he starts keeping the books. No migration you have to run yourself, no licence to configure.
